Review Process
CILN places great emphasis on the quality of the articles/abstracts it accepts for the oral presentation at the conferences and publishes in the conference proceedings; and therefore, a full double - blind reviewing process is used in which:
          1. Subject to the condition that the paper submitted is in line with the guidelines provided for authors the
Conference Chair (s) will review its suitability given the aims and objectives of the conference.
          2. If the initial outcome is positive the paper will be sent for blind reviews to one external reviewer.
However, in some cases it may be sent to two external reviewers.
          3. A decision will be taken as to the acceptability of the paper on the basis of the recommendation of the
               external reviewer (s).
         4. Reviewer (s) will evaluate each work on the basis of: (a) Quality of the research; (b) contribution and
significance of your work to the field of management/foresight leadership; and (c) Interest of the
topic to the audience (d) Relevance of the submission to the theme and sub-topics of the conference.

Main points to be considered during review process
          (a) Originality.
          (b) The topic of this research is relevant and within the scope of the conference & tracks.
          (c) The research methodology for the study is both appropriate and robust.
          (d) The structure of the full-text papers/abstract is according to the submission guidelines.
          (e) Quality of writing and analysis.
          (f) The conclusions are sound.
          (g) The paper/abstract is free from grammatical and spelling errors.
          (h) The probability that research will stimulate debate at the conference.
